Key Responsibilities:

Meeting and Greeting Customers: Be the welcoming face of Laser Away, warmly greeting customers as they enter the clinic and ensuring they feel comfortable and valued.

Phone and Email Enquiries: Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly and professionally, addressing customer inquiries and scheduling appointments.

Cleaning: Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the reception area and ensure a hygienic environment for clients.

Social Media: Assist in managing Laser Away's social media accounts by posting updates, engaging with followers, and promoting special offers.

Front of House: Be the first point of contact for clients, assisting with check-ins, explaining procedures, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Stock Take: Monitor and maintain inventory levels, assisting with restocking products as needed.

Administrative Support: Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and appointment scheduling.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in email and social media platforms.
