**About the Role**:
We are currently looking for a dedicated and compassionate Domestic and Family Violence Support Worker to join our team. In this part-time role, you will be responsible for working with women, children, and young people who have experienced domestic and family violence. In conjunction with the Case Manager, you will support clients to develop, implement and review their individual case plans and future goals plans to obtain safe and sustainable housing. You will advocate for and empower women to access the services they need and you will participate in the delivery and evaluation of activities, groups, and programs responsive to the needs of women and children.
