About the role
As our Program Support Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of the Australian General Practice Training (AGPT) Program. Reporting to the Training Coordination Team Leader, you will handle administrative tasks, coordinate key program activities, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the efficient functioning of the program.
**As our Program Support Officer, you'll also**:
coordinate administrative tasks, including registrar learning plans, training documentation, and program data management
organise and deliver workshops, education days, and assessment activities, including logistics, materials, and event support
provide responsive support to registrars, supervisors, and practice managers, addressing queries and ensuring high-quality service
assist in accreditation processes, cultural competency initiatives, and continuous improvement of workflows and procedures
Skills & Experience
Proven experience in administration and event coordination.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Experience in health or education settings preferred.
Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and learning management systems.
