**We’re hiring our Agentic AI Lead - a senior consultant who will play a dual role**:

- Externally as the lead evangelist and spokesperson for PhoenixDX’s Agentic AI vision — shaping conversations with enterprise clients, helping them imagine what’s possible, and leading customer adoption.
- Internally as a technical leader and architect — working hands-on with our engineering, automation, and solution architecture teams to design pragmatic, scalable AI-powered solutions.

**What You’ll Do**
- Champion PhoenixDX’s Agentic AI practice as its customer-facing lead
- Define and articulate our Agent-as-a-Service vision to clients and partners
- Lead PhoenixDX’s Agentic AI roadmap and go-to-market offerings
- Shape scalable AI workflows across software delivery, process optimisation, and client-facing solutions
- Work directly with our CEO and leadership team on high-priority initiatives
- Partner with delivery teams to design, test, and integrate orchestration tools (LangChain, Relevance AI, CrewAI, AWS, Microsoft, OutSystems, etc.)
- Build and grow a cross-functional Agentic AI capability across PhoenixDX

**What You Bring**
- 10+ years in enterprise technology, consulting, automation, or data/AI engineering
- Background in process mining, RPA, intelligent automation, or AI integration
- Experience orchestrating AI agents, workflows, or multi-agent systems
- Strong consulting and customer communication skills — able to lead conversations on:

- Process re-engineering & optimisation
- Conversational AI for B2B use cases
- AI for legacy modernisation & productivity enhancements
- Multi-agent orchestration
- Ability to bridge vision and execution: influence at the C-suite while also rolling up your sleeves with technical teams
