Job Description

We're building the protocol that lets AI agents collaborate as naturally as humans do. It is open source, and insanely ambitious.

So we are looking for top 1% builders who like to think deeply about AI agents. We're looking for builders who can:

  • Turn ideas into working agents every day
  • Understand where AI stops and humans still matter
  • Love the command line like an instrument
  • See protocols as poetry, not paperwork
  • Play with protocols like WiFi, Bluetooth, HTTP, MQTT, WebRTC, Matrix, libp2p, etc.

Bonus if you've:

  • Vibe coding every day
  • Shipped open-source projects
  • Played with agent frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, etc.)
  • Thought deeply about how intelligence should cooperate

Details

Pay rate: $45/hour

Time commitment: 20 hours/week (4-5 afternoons/week)

Duration: 3 months for paid position, 3-6 months for unpaid positions
