**Soccer Coach (After School Programs) - S4S Soccer Academy (Sydney, NSW)**

**Overview**:
S4S Soccer Academy is looking for an enthusiastic and reliable **Soccer Coach** to deliver engaging, skill-based sessions to primary school children in after-school programs across Sydney. This role is perfect for passionate individuals who enjoy working with kids and are committed to fostering technical development and a love for the game.

You will start with **2 afternoon sessions per week (Monday and Thursday)**, with the opportunity to increase to more days in **Term 4** and beyond as our academy expands.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Plan and deliver fun, structured soccer coaching sessions for children aged 5-12.
- Manage group behaviour and ensure a safe, inclusive environment at all times.
- Set up and pack down training equipment for each session.
- Communicate positively with children, parents, school staff, and S4S management.
- Maintain professionalism and reliability as a representative of the S4S brand.
- Attend occasional training or staff development sessions.

**Essential Criteria**:

- Genuine passion for soccer and working with kids.
- Previous experience coaching or teaching children (preferred but not essential).
- NSW **Working With Children Check (WWCC)** - current and valid.
- Reliable transportation to and from school locations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and responsibly.
- Punctual and committed to regular attendance.

**Desirable (But Not Required)**:

- Formal coaching qualifications
- First aid certificate
- Playing background in soccer

**Work Hours**:

- Monday and Thursday afternoons (approx. 2:30 pm - 4:00 pm)
- Additional weekday sessions available in Term 4
