This position will collaborate strategically with the Inclusion Coach and Whole School Support Team to meet school-specific targets aligned with departmental priorities for Inclusion. This role requires the ability to build positive relationships with year-level teaching teams, coordinating supports, differentiation, and adjustments for diverse students.
This role will involve fostering a welcoming, inclusive school culture where diversity is valued, and all students feel safe, supported, and connected. The Coordinator will work closely with teaching staff to ensure students' learning needs are identified, adjusted for, and supported. Collaboration with families will be essential to ensure a holistic approach to inclusion. A key aspect of the role is leading adaptive change, differentiation, and adjustments at the year-level focus to enhance inclusive practices across the school.
