**Personal Assistant to the Director**

**Reports to**: Director
**Employment Type**: Part-Time
**Location**: Morphett Vale Office (Hybrid options by agreement)
**Hours**: 20 hours per week (9-day fortnight)
**Schedule**: 9:30am - 2:30pm (30-minute unpaid break each day)

**Position Overview**:
The Personal Assistant (PA) to the Director provides high-level administrative and operational support across the organisation. Working closely with the Director and Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Practitioner, this role is focused on document preparation, policy tracking, system updates, and ensuring the smooth running of internal processes. The position is part-time, working 20 hours per week across a 9-day fortnight.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Executive and Administrative Support**
- Prepare, format, and maintain a wide range of documents including reports, policies, internal communications, and meeting notes.
- Provide administrative support to HR functions, including maintaining compliance records and onboarding documentation.
- Follow up on internal action items and support office-based projects.
- Maintain confidentiality and act as a key point of contact for internal and external enquiries.

**Systems and Operational Support**
- Manage and maintain core systems and digital platforms including:

- **SPLOSE** (client and compliance system)
- **Xero** (invoice preparation and reconciliation tracking)
- **HR and rostering platforms** (e.g. Employment Hero, Deputy)
- Ensure documentation, templates, and registers are updated and stored correctly.
- Assist the PBS Practitioner with scheduling and file organisation (non-clinical).
- Support audit preparation and ongoing compliance documentation.

**Key Selection Criteria**:

- Demonstrated experience in a personal or executive assistant role.
- High-level administrative and organisational skills.
- Proficiency with systems such as Microsoft Office, Xero, and HR/CRM platforms (SPLOSE experience desirable).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and meet deadlines.
- Professional presentation and attention to detail.

**Desirable**:

- Experience in the disability, community, or allied health sectors.
- Understanding of NDIS administrative and compliance processes.

**Compliance Requirements**:

- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children Check (if applicable)
- National Police Clearance
- Driver’s licence preferred

Pay: $30.41 - $33.41 per hour
