**Personal Assistant with Marketing Experience (Part-Time, Melbourne)**

**About Us**
We’re The Luxuriate — an Australian luxury candle house with a worldwide customer base. We design and manufacture one-of-a-kind refillable stone candles, blending craftsmanship, scent design, and sustainability. We’re a creative, fast-moving business and now we’re looking for a Personal Assistant who can also support our marketing team.

**About the Role**
This is a hybrid role combining classic PA support with hands-on marketing assistance. You’ll work directly with the founder, helping manage day-to-day organisation while also contributing to content creation and campaign execution.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Diary and calendar management
- Booking appointments, meetings, and travel
- Coordinating with suppliers, staff, and partners
- Handling personal errands and admin tasks
- Supporting marketing initiatives:

- Content creation (short-form social media, Canva/CapCut editing, copy editing)
- Uploading and scheduling content across platforms
- Assisting with campaign organisation and reporting

**About You**
- Proactive, organised, and detail-oriented
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
- Confident with tech (Google Workspace, scheduling tools, social media platforms)
- Experience in content creation or marketing coordination is highly desirable
- Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- Discreet, professional, and trustworthy

**The Offer**
- Part-time/Fulltime role (~20- 40hours per week to start, with flexibility)
- Melbourne-based (hybrid mix of remote + in-person support as needed)
- Growth potential into a more senior PA/EA or Marketing Assistant role

**How to Apply**

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
