There is organised training specifically tailored for the Centre Manager to feel the appropriate support with a weekly visit as well as the opportunity to collaborate any new visions or aspirations.

As the organisation is very much about quality priding itself on creating a supportive environment, the facility is centered around providing an engaging curriculum for the children and support around the educators, for both the team as well as the families to feel happy within the environment.

**Skills and Experience**
- **MUST **have worked in an early childhood service or preschool within Australia.
- Have minimum of 2 years experience as a Assistant Director.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to inspire and mentor a team
- Ability to assist with mentoring the kindergarten and below 3's program
- Sound knowledge of the EYLF and NQF
- A professional and empathetic approach toward families
- Ability to work collaboratively with co-educators

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Bachelor of Early Childhood / Diploma of Children Services or equivalent qualification -** MUST** be approved by ACECQA
- **Minimum 1 **year experience as a centre manager
- Or, **MUST** have 2 year’s experience as an assistant manager
- Current First aid
- Current Anaphylaxis
- Current Asthma qualifications
- Current VIT / WWCC
