**YOUR DREAM OPPORTUNITY**

As our Creative Services Manager, you will lead and manage all creative and design-based marketing activities across the brand, while integrating innovative AI technologies to improve productivity, drive operational efficiencies, and maintain a high standard of creative output.

In this dynamic role, no two days are the same. You will be responsible for upholding the brand's visual identity and storytelling across all platforms, ensuring alignment with the brand’s values and business goals globally.

This position is also a key driver in modernising creative workflows, leading the adoption of AI tools to scale content production, enhance personalisation, and free up creative talent for higher-value work.

**Brand Creative Direction**
- Oversee the Creative Services studio, managing all brand creative globally.
- Uphold brand DNA, ensuring consistency across local, international, and digital marketing initiatives.
- Champion the integration of AI tools (e.g., generative design, content automation, AI-powered photo editing) into creative processes to unlock new capabilities and efficiencies.
- Evaluate and guide AI-generated content to maintain brand standards and creative excellence.
- Ensure that all creative outputs reflect innovation, quality, and originality while meeting business needs.
- Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to execute strategic, on-brand creative.

**Studio & Workflow Management**
- Act as the primary contact for all creative briefs; manage resource allocation and timelines.
- Introduce and maintain AI tools to streamline content creation, asset management, and design iterations.
- Oversee the development of creative assets across all formats (digital, print, social, VM).
- Monitor project flow, quality control, and delivery—ensuring timely and on-budget execution.
- Implement AI-enabled project management or asset versioning tools to improve workflow visibility and speed.

**Innovation & Research**
- Stay current on trends in AI design, digital experiences, and marketing technologies.
- Evaluate and recommend new AI tools to expand creative capabilities, personalization, and efficiency.
- Partner with Brand, Buying, VM, and Digital teams to test and pilot new AI-driven initiatives.

**Team Leadership**
- Mentor and lead a multi-disciplinary creative team, encouraging a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Empower the team to adopt and experiment with AI tools for content ideation, testing, and production.
- Provide clear, actionable feedback and ensure individual development through training and growth opportunities.

**THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU CAN OFFER US**
- 3-5+ years experience in a similar role (preferably within Fashion or Retail is highly regarded)
- Proven experience managing Creative teams and delivering multi-channel campaigns
- Familiarity with or active use of AI Creative Tools (eg. Midjourney, Adobe Firelfy, Runway, ChatGPT etc.)
- Strong understanding of brand and how art direction, design and conceptual thinking work together to tell a story on behalf of Forever New
- Manage a balance be
