Project Delivery Lead opportunity for a global automotive company | 12 months contract

**Your new company**
This award-winning motor company located in Melbourne, is currently seeking a skilled IT Project Delivery Lead to join their People and Culture team.

**Your new role**
You will be responsible for providing technical leadership, development & delivery in order to provide the business with integrated technology and required information systems. And also:

- Implements and ensures systems and processes are consistent with set policies in order to achieve and maintain best practice while balancing technical excellence with business reality.
- Ensures technical feasibility of solution requirements, designs, scope and timelines, ensuring alignment with the business’ requirements.
- Builds and maintains code, configurations and integration end points within the technical platform and leads testing and automation standards/tools while establishing and maintaining a release process.
- Provides advice on and assists managers in the analysis of requirements, development of policies and standard processes.
- Acts as the key contact for all project queries and provides technical support in order to resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.

**What you'll need to succeed**
Along with solid experience working as a Delivery Lead, you will have:

- Sound experience in a solution architecture role or related fields
- Experience in architecting and implementing complex mission-critical systems, spanning multiple technologies
- Strong object-oriented architecture and design experience, specifically focused on large-scale multi-tier systems
- Track record in successfully driving architectural designs through to implementation with a hands-on approach
- Technical experience in HRM or Training systems is desirable
