**Your new role**
This role will see you lead, and co-ordinate resources required to implement and deliver small to medium size projects of medium to high complexity to the Group. The role includes:

- Ensure that project planning, execution and control are properly integrated.
- Provide targeted communication to all stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of dependencies, deliverables, and issues and to measure and manage stakeholder expectations. Ensure appropriate project reporting processes are developed and implemented.
- Ensure an effective change management plan is developed including assessment and planning for embedding change in the relevant business areas. Manage the planning and release of change within the organisation to achieve a coordinated rollout of change, ensuring the change capacity of the organisation is not exceeded and the required change is achieved.
- Ensure the project focuses on speed to value creating early realisation of benefits. Facilitate delivery of the business outcomes and realisation of project return on investment.
- Adhere and contribute to knowledge management objectives and processes. Ensure knowledge harvesting occurs at all appropriate phases of the project.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- An understanding of project management methodologies tools and processes across the project lifecycle
- Project management professional with an AIPM Certified Practicing Project Manager (CPPM), PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent.
- Experience in Banking and/or Financial Services.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
