**THE OPPORTUNITY**
- Processing and entering orders & developing product knowledge
- Providing exceptional customer service with Trade customers
- Liaison with manufacturing and logistics teams, as well as field trade sales team members
- Undertaking administrative duties to assist internal and external sales team
- Collaborate with team members, other business areas and projects as required
- Strict adherence to our critical safety rules & contributing to a safe working environment

**For this unique opportunity in our team, we're looking for a passionate internal sales and customer service professional, with the following skills and attributes**:

- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask
- The ability to work under pressure with competing priorities and deadlines
- Passionate about creating brand loyalty and customer relationships
- An eye for detail and order entry
- A high level of professional drive and motivation
- A stable track record in phone or face to face customer service and/or sales
- A willingness to enhance the customer experience by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace
- A fantastic team player
- Experience gained within building products/materials will be an advantage
