We are proud of our growing national footprint which we attribute to our high quality and cost effective products. **About the role**: Based in our Adelaide branch you will be the first contact for sales and other internal business departments regarding Rental and Used Equipment. You will be required to support the Sales and Service department mainly through administrative processing of the Rental and Used Equipment business fields. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of the branch’s business by implementing and managing both local and national strategies whilst promoting the company’s vision, values, and culture. **About You**: To be successful in this position you will have previous sales administration and customer service experience. **Your key attributes will include**: - Sound understanding of how to deploy superior customer service and customer communication - Knowledge of capital equipment and workshop processes (desirable but not essential) - Attention to detail, good auditing skills for process and paperwork - Experience in managing internal and external stakeholders - Proven track record working with Microsoft Office and ERP operating systems - Ability to effectively manage competing priorities - Driven by a customer centric ethos - Good organisational skills - Complete daily hire and transport scheduler - Team player, working with a dynamic sales team to achieve results **What you can expect at Jungheinrich**: We recognise that the commitment of our employees is the basis for our success and we continuously invest in talent.
