**Confluence Water, the Ventia, Downer and Jacobs joint venture**, is one of three consortia delivering services under Sydney Water’s Partnering for Success program. Confluence Water delivers design, construction, maintenance and facilities management services in Sydney Water’s North region, which stretches from Sydney Harbour to the Hawkesbury River and includes the Hills Shire. Confluence Water is Sydney Water’s partner in providing outstanding services to Sydney’s northern communities over the next ten years.

Reporting to the Safety and Wellbeing Manager, we have an opportunity for **2 X Safety and Wellbeing Advisors** on a permanent, full-time basis. To support Confluence Waters rapid growth, these site-based roles will will directly compliment the everyday operations ensuring that the procedural requirements and complied with. As we partner with Sydney Water across the region that we service - (north of Sydney Harbour) you will continually ensure our 'zero harm' objectives and targets are communicated effectively to all stakeholders and are maintained to a high standard.

ABOUT YOU
- WHS qualifications
- Training and assessment CERT 4 also desirable.
- Passionate about positive change, behavioural safety, safety differently - setting us up for success.
- Experience working in the construction or utilities sector
- Be willing to grow as a professional to support the growth of the contract
- An ability to work flexibly and adaptively in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Current Driver’s License
- Construction White Card
