As a disability support service, we are committed to empowering our clients by providing exceptional in-home care services. With a steadfast focus on enhancing lives, we strive to create an inclusive and supportive environment where our clients can thrive.

We are seeking competent staff to join the team as Disability Support Workers to provide our clients with in-home domestic assistance, personal care, social and community access support.

We are looking for staff who are:

- passionate about making a difference
- competent English language skills both written and verbal
- Arabic speaking applicant will be an added advantage
- Own or have access to a roadworthy vehicle
- ability to work autonomously
- Ability to treat clients with respect, dignity and compassion

Essential requirements:

- Certificate III in Individual Support/Disability Support/Community Services is highly desirable
- Flexibility to take on extra shifts as required.
- Experience in supporting participants with disabilities within their own homes
- Covid-19 certificate.
- A valid Working with Children Check
- A valid NDIS Worker Screening Check
- A current National Police Check (or be prepared to obtain one)
- A current First Aid & CPR certification (or be prepared to obtain one)
- Complete the NDIS Worker Orientation Module
- A valid Driver’s Licence
- 100 points of valid ID
- Valid Australian work rights

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: From $33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (required)
- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (preferred)
- National Police Certificate (required)
- Driver Licence (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
