**Your impact**

We have an exciting opportunity for a Manufacturing Supervisor, based in our new Wulkuraka facility. Reporting to the Manufacturing Coordinator, you will lead a production team to meet manufacturing targets. Additionally, you will ensure production, quality and safety standards/targets are met.

**This roles work 24/7 - 12-hour shifts - either 6am to 6pm or 6pm to 6am. Rotating roster across a four week cycle.**

**Other responsibilities include.**
- Keeping our people safe by doing regular safety WALKs and inspiring operators to report hazards and incidents.
- Investigating, analysing and implementing preventative actions for quality and safety incidents or near misses.
- Leading, coaching, and managing a team of experienced operators by setting performance and development plans.
- Taking responsibility for shift operations during production cycles.
- Managing direct and indirect labour and raw material costs for the lines.
- Controlling raw material inventory and working with key stakeholders to ensure appropriate replenishment with close focus on preforms.
- Improving organisation effectiveness through the deployment of solutions to improve productivity and drive a performance culture.

**About you**

You are a proactive leader who has the ability to problem solve, act proactively within a dynamic and fast moving environment.

You will also possess,
- Prior leadership experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safe Operating Procedures and HACCP principles.
- Strong leadership capability with experience leading a team.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deal with a variety of stakeholders.
- Tertiary Qualifications in a related field - Manufacturing, Engineering or Continuous Improvement highly regarded.
