**About the company**

Working with a leading disability service with a global presence. Currently looking for a Customer Support Officer with an exceptional phone manner who conducts themselves with patience and kindness for this full-time permanent opportunity. This is working within a friendly, helpful team with like-minded values.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collecting and maintaining correct customer data/records
- Provide accurate and timely information to help internal/external stakeholders and customers
- Reporting on customer service KPIs
- Reporting on customer insights

**Skills**
- Must have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Must have previous customer service experience
- Ideally experience working in a services, healthcare or in disability services
- High attention to detail. time management skills and maintain a high level of discretion
- Must conduct oneself with patience, welcoming and solution focused attitude.
- Must have or be willing to obtain a NDIS workers clearance and WWCC
