Create your best future and join Westpac as a **Virtual Manager, Retention**. **What’s the role?** - This role is a Full-time, permanent position based in Kogarah. _ The Virtual Manager, Retention is a critical role in the delivery of our group vision. This role will be leading a team of home loan retention specialists from our Regional Brands (St. George, BankSA and Bank of Melbourne that proactively contact customers to retain their home lending relationship and discuss any other banking needs. The successful person will be responsible for leading a multi-site team of home loan retention specialist to deliver an outstanding and market leading service through a range of digital and virtual channels. The team plays a critical role in our first party strategy to retain and grow our lending book and refer any identified needs through a relevant specialist to assist.
