**RCTI Officer**

Your primary objective is to ensure that the client is compliant to agreed trading terms. Additional responsibilities of this role include the co-ordination and timely delivery of customer focused services; with respect to the collection and reconciliation of payment files

**What you will do**:

- Reconcile Tax Invoice files from the client with the claims request in RGF systems
- Resolve any queries/issues that arise
- Interpret the remittance advice to assist the accounts receivable team with the allocations of funds received
- Assist with timesheet revisions in client systems
- Creation of invoices in client system after timesheet is approved

**To be successful in this role, you should have**:

- Advance Excel skills
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail being priority
- Knowledge of FastTrack 360, GreatPlains and Office365
- Intermediate payroll knowledge

**Performance standard for this position is**:

- Understand business standards and ensure work practices reflect these standards
- Identify and assist with implementation of improvements to policy and procedures
- Ensuring client's adhere to agreed terms of business
- Minimise Risk and Loss
- Maintaining strong and positive relationships with internal and external stake holds
- Work with other team members to develop a one-team approach
- Ensure a high standard of work performance and participate in activities that support a high performance culture
- Attend and participate in team meetings/training when requested
- Leave accruals are minimized by taking leave regularly
- Take responsibility for following work instructions and providing continuous improvement feedbank
- Safety as a first priority
- Ensure standard of work that delivers high quality products and services and strive to meet customer expectation

**Potential career progression might look like**:

- Progressing to a senior RCTI office
- Lateral movement within RGF into other roles within the business
