Four Points Perth has two distinctive venues - **The Eatery and Best Brew Bar & Kitchen.**

Position Summary:

- Manage all elements of the F&B service period, tending bar and exceeding guest expectations
- Prepare cocktails, mixed drinks and tailored beverages to guests
- Provide a friendly genuine service throughout the complete beverage experience, creating a place with the traveller in mind
- Responsible for managing all bar outlets, ensuring your team are providing service excellence and creating classic and timeless experiences with each customer experience
- Be an approachable and confident manager by providing comfort and support to our bar team
- Ensure the bar is consistently prepared and always stocked through ordering and adequate planning
- Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new travellers to enable future bookings
- Lead the bar department with all operational tasks, strategies and team building initiatives so associates feel part of the Four Points team
- Plan, develop and conduct training to ensure the team maintains a clean bar area
- Be the main point of contact for all external & internal travellers for the Bar department
- Ensure you and the team uphold all company policies and procedures whilst demonstrating the Four Points core values.
