**About the Role**:
Reporting to the Head of Fundraising & Development, the Fundraising Manager will shape and implement the fundraising strategy and lead the donor journey across multiple fundraising streams with a focus on developing an individual giving strategy and appeals program to acquire, engage, inspire and retain individual and corporate donors.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and develop the Individual Giving and Corporate Giving programs, with a focus on developing fundraising campaigns across multiple channels
- Plan and execute multi-faceted acquisition and retention-focused campaigns that develop fundraising support from specified prospective donor and active donor target markets
- Manage the donor development cycle including donor identification, cultivation, solicitation and acknowledgment, and collaborate with the wider fundraising team to ensure donors are appropriately supported
- Set, monitor and report on targets across the individual giving program including ongoing tracking of income and expenditure against budgets
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to develop cases for support, and to create compelling fundraising campaigns and initiatives that increase awareness and attract donor engagement
- Oversee and manage agency relationships, communicating and collaborating to achieve desired campaign targets and results
- Lead, coach and inspire a fundraising coordinator to ensure goals are met, and work closely with the wider team to positively influence opportunities for donor engagement and to create an exceptional supporter experience
- Ensure that donors are engaged and inspired about their contributions and that all obligations to donors are fulfilled

**Skills & Attributes**
- Proven success and experience developing integrated individual giving campaigns that drive acquisition, engagement and conversion outcomes across multiple channels
- Strong storytelling abilities, with the capability to create strong value propositions highlighting program areas making an impact and inspiring continuous donor support
- High levels of reporting and strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines and metrics simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability in developing, testing and implementing effective marketing initiatives, new product developments, and fundraising techniques
- Proven experience in strategic and operational delivery of all aspects of individual giving and reporting outcomes for acquisition, retention and growth
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with agencies and internal partners to meet fundraising objectives
- A collaborative approach, and genuine commitment to raising funds supporting women experiencing gynaecological cancer
