Using first class digital platforms, you will be provided with ‘hot’ leads to follow up.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Achieve personal and team sales targets on small to moderate size accounts
- Work towards KPI’s and targets
- Convert ‘hot’ leads into sales
- Advocate for clients through best practice insurer negotiations to achieve the best outcome
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to achieve high client outcomes
- Provide outstanding customer service and exceed client expectations
- Use Salesforce as your main platform
- Multi-task whilst navigating a range of technologies
- Build relationships with a variety of insurance clients
**About You**
You will be joining a team that is known for meeting their monthly targets**.**
Your passion for insurance will shine and your commitment to delivering an outstanding client experience will be the key to your success.
- Experience in general insurance, sales, new business, client relationship management or Underwriting (highly regarded)
- Insurance Broking experience (highly regarded)
- RG146 Tier 1 Insurance Broking (preferred) or willingness to obtain
- Experience with Bus Packs, Marine, Commercial Motor, Liability and alterations
- Some experience managing a renewal portfolio of transactional SME business (highly regarded)
- Understanding of the insurance life cycle
- Understanding of debtor management and insurance compliance requirements
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to build strong partner relationships
- Relevant technical and product knowledge (required)
- Experience working in a highly regulated industry (preferred)
- Comfortable working towards targets and KPIs (highly regarded)
- Sales approach and ability to make a connection with clients (highly regarded)
- Comfortable using multiple systems including Salesforce, CRM, MS Excel and Outlook
