We are seeking a **Marketing Assistant **to support end-to-end marketing initiatives and activities and play an important role in helping our dynamic business continue to grow.

This will be a full-time hybrid role, working 1-3 days per week in our Sydney office (depending on projects).

**What you’ll be doing**:
As Marketing Assistant, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of passionate, driven, and hands-on marketers to help support the growth of the business.

You’ll work closely with the APAC marketing production team, developing and executing campaigns and marketing activities. You will also provide administrative support to help the team generate high-quality leads to drive sales for the company, retain existing customers, and continue to build and grow our brand in APAC.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Assisting in delivering campaigns within budget and deadlines
- Supporting attainment of new prospects and leads targets (MQL, PQL, and SQL)
- Helping achieve cross-sell and upsell targets.
- Maintaining renewal rates and LTCV
- Monitoring campaign performance and analysing key metrics (conversions, CPC, engagement metrics)
- Managing competing priorities within tight timeframes
- Staying abreast of the education market, industry trends, and competitive landscape
- Contributing innovative ideas and out-of-the-box thinking

**What you’ll bring with you**:

- A bachelor’s degree in commerce, specialising in marketing or similar.
- A genuine passion for marketing.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- A good team player spirit, but also the confidence to work independently.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Creativity and analytical skills.
- An ability to learn quickly and pick up new digital platforms.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Self-motivation, dedication, drive, and an eagerness to learn, be challenged, and take initiative.

**Bonus Points If You Have**:

- Experience with common online marketing and sales tools such as Salesforce Sales and Marketing Cloud, MailChimp, Monday, Zoho, or similar.
- Administration or sales and marketing assistant experience.
- Related job and internship experience.
- Digital marketing experience.
