**Your Role**

Due to their growth, they are seeking Payroll Specialists to join the team Working as part of a close-knit team of varying experience, you will be given a portfolio of clients to manage end-to-end payroll processing and advice.

As they are on a major growth journey, they require people who are flexible, agile and who enjoy being part of building something great

Your day-to-day will involve:

- Preparation and management of weekly and fortnightly end-to-end processing of casual and permanent payrolls;
- Processing new employees, terminations and bonuses;
- Liaising with and providing advice and assistance to clients;
- Reconciliation and lodgement of superannuation and statutory obligations including PAYG, payroll tax, Workcover and monthly provisions;
- Management of WorkCover and Labour Hire License compliance;
- Continuous improvement and review of systems and processes.

This is a rare opportunity where you can take true ownership of your client’s payrolls from start to finish and obtain significant development being exposed to various businesses at one time.

**Your Profile**

You will bring previous experience managing end-to-end payrolls within internal capacities and a solid understanding of Award structures, PAYG, Payroll Tax and Superannuation requirements.

You will be a team player who enjoys taking ownership of your work and pride in providing your clients with the highest level of service.

Demonstrated understanding of general ledger, debits and credits as well as advanced skills in Excel (confidence with Pivot tables, VLookups and data analysis) is essential.
