About Carlotta:
Carlotta is a distinctly Australian celebration of Mediterranean flavours and hospitality. We’re channelling the generous spirit of Mediterranean dining, giving a warm and vibrant nod to the trattorias and tavernas found dotted along the European coastline. Carlotta’s menu encourages shared feasting across an ever-evolving selection of antipasti, handmade pasta, and meat and seafood cooked over coals, with a custom-made wood oven from Naples taking pride of place in the kitchen.

About the Opportunity:
We are looking for Kitchen Hands to join our team. Provide support to all chefs whilst maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen. Must be able to work in fast-paced environment. You will possess a positive and motivated work ethic at all times and be a able to endure the physically demanding nature of the role.
- Previous experience as a Kitchen Hand
- Experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment advantageous
- Demonstrated organisational, time management skills
- Ability to endure the repetitive and physically demanding nature of the role
- Ability to learn on-the-fly and follow instructions effectively
- Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team
- Possess a positive “can do” attitude
- Available to work a rotating roster, including days, nights, weekends and public holidays
