The Ideal Candidate Must Have: - At least 1 year experience working as a Section Waitstaff - Experience in a premium a‑la‑carte restaurant is highly regarded - Can demonstrate a 3‑plate carry is advantageous - Exceptional service skills and guest focus - Adaptable and have a /"can do/" attitude - Excellent communication and presentation - Friendly, approachable demeanour and ability to remain calm under pressure - Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment and learn on‑the‑fly - Available and willing to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays - Valid RSA Certificate Working with Lucas Collective: At Lucas Collective, we champion growth.
