We are a well-established Gold Coast business that specializes in Tile and Grout
Rejuvenation

Our services range from Tile and Grout Cleaning, Tile sealing, Outdoor Pressure
washing.

We service all Gold Coast areas

We have a position now available for a Laborer/ Trades Assistant to join our friendly team.

We are currently seeking someone to join our happy and friendly team in a Casual position.

In this role, you will be responsible for performing all aspects of our services.

Tile and grout cleaning using Truck-mounted equipment
and portable machine.(Training provided)
Outdoor High-Pressure cleaning equipment

Application and knowledge of chemicals and sealers. An advantage, But not essential as training will be provided

**This role may suit a semi-retired person,**
**or someone not needing lots of hours as this is only 10-20 hours per week 3-5 days per week depending on the work load.**
**It's more of a part time role and will not lead to more hours.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Mature (May suit a semi-retired person)
- Must be Reliable - This is essential
- Customer service skills - Be able to communicate with Clients.
- Willingness to learn
- Full Onsite training is provided.
- A good attitude and strong work ethic
- Must be hardworking and Reliable.
- The ability to work well in a team environment and/or unsupervised
- Excellent Physical fitness, as practical work is involved
- Lifting of furniture and other items will be required. You will be required to work on your hands and
- Possess a "Can Do" attitude with a strong work ethic and high attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize daily tasks
- 10 - 20 hours per week 3-5 days per week Casual Position $31.00 Plus Super
- 830am start most days - Finished early afternoon most days. Monday -Friday. No weekend work. Most days are only 3-4 hours.
- Start at the office located in Oxenford - live at the northern end of the Gold Coast prefeerd.

Skills and Experience

Past Experience in this role is helpful, but not essential

Knowledge of how to use Commercial equipment, E.GTruck mount, and portable Steam extraction machine (Prochem) Could be an advantage but not essential
