**About The Role**:
A new opportunity exists for an experienced Electronic Security Technician to support Securecorp’s Technology Division as it services its new and existing clients.
In this role you will be responsible for the installation, service and maintenance of Security system hardware, software and the provision of diagnostic advice. You will be responsible for installing, repairing, correcting malfunctions, modifying or updating hardware or software configurations as required and for responding to requests for emergency repairs.
You will be responsible for liaising and proving high level support to our stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.
This is a Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm position.
Key requirements for this role will include, but are not limited to the following:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure stakeholder satisfaction
- Manage on-site installations
- Troubleshoot and identify causes of software and hardware malfunction
- Monitor performance of equipment and software
- Providing a high level of technical support
- Build strong relationships with clients to ensure stakeholder satisfaction
**Skills and Experiences**:
To be considered for this position you must be qualified in and demonstrate the following:
- Experience in software and hardware troubleshooting and maintenance
- Proven technical experience with Tecom, Integriti, Concept, CCTV (IP and analogue)
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Team player
- Proactive attitude
- Problem-solving skills
**Must have the below**:
- Open Cabler License
- Security License - Installers Certification
- White Card
- Working at Heights
- Elevated Work Platform ticket
