**Your new role**
- Manage patient queries
- Assist in the ongoing education program for key stakeholders and maintain broader staff awareness of hospital revenue requirements.
- Assist Compensable Patient Liaison Officer in identifying and implementing agreed initiatives to increase patient utilisation of private health cover; ensuring these are effective, appropriate and cost effective.
- Assist Compensable Patient Liaison Officer with billing processes & invoicing
- Update patient demographics and financial details in the electronic patient administration system (webPAS).
- Meet agreed performance indicators

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Experience in a hospital environment and/or practical experience in hospital patient administration systems.
- Experience with associated computer packages (e.g. PBRC, WebPAS, TOPAS, MERITS, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Access).
- Knowledge and understanding of relevant health care financial systems and processes
- Working With Children (WWC) Check, compulsory check for people who carry out child-related work in Western Australia.
- Completion of 100 Point Identification Check.
- Successful Criminal Record Screening Clearance
- Successful Pre-Employment Health Assessment.
