We are wanting a friendly, reliable and enthusiastic individual to join our medical reception team. This will initially be a casual position, with progression to a permanent part/full time in the near future.

Our clinics are generally open daily and between the hours of 0700-2000. We would like someone who is flexible and has the capacity to work a variety of shifts and can include afternoon/evening shifts on weekdays, weekend cover, or 10-12 hour days as well.

You will be part of a busy front desk reception team, working with our nurse injectors, and reporting directly to the Operations Manager.

**To be considered for this position you will be**:

- Friendly with excellent communication and customer service skills
- Flexibility with working hours, able to work in either of our clinic locations
- Able to multi task and prioritise a busy workload
- Reliable and punctual
- Keen to learn and able to work within a team

**Desirable**:

- Previous experience as a medical receptionist
- Key responsibilities : _
- Meeting, greeting and checking clients in for their appointments
- Confirming client appointments, collecting information, scheduling/assisting with bookings, maintaining filing systems/database
- Answering phone calls and enquiries
- Maintaining cleanliness of the clinic
- Counting and sorting stock and consumables
- General administration duties

**Salary**: From $27.00 per hour

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- Afternoon shift

**Experience**:

- Medical admin: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
