**About the Role**
We’re seeking a **Social Media Manager** to lead the strategy and execution of content across multiple platforms. This role will drive brand growth, community engagement, and storytelling for a fast-paced, dynamic brand in the health, wellness, and lifestyle space.

You’ll be responsible for owning the social media strategy, managing a high-performing team, and working cross-functionally with creative, content, and digital teams to deliver results.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy focused on growth, engagement, and brand storytelling
- Manage a content calendar and lead campaign execution across all major platforms
- Collaborate with internal creative, content, and marketing teams to deliver high-impact content
- Lead influencer and partner collaboration campaigns, ensuring alignment with community values
- Analyse performance metrics, trends, and audience insights to optimise strategy
- Guide paid and organic content strategy in collaboration with the Performance Marketing team
- Manage and mentor junior social media team members
- Oversee project timelines and workflows using tools like Asana
- Deliver weekly and monthly reports on performance and KPIs
- Liaise with internal stakeholders including brand, digital, and executive teams

**Skills & Experience**
- Minimum 3 years’ hands-on experience in social media or marketing
- People management experience
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications or related field
- Strong understanding of consumer behaviour, digital trends, and platform algorithms
- Experience managing campaigns from strategy through to reporting
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
- High attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines
- Experience in the health, wellness, lifestyle or fashion sectors (preferred)
