**Support Worker - Supported Independent Living (SIL)**

ECC Supported Living is seeking compassionate, reliable, and motivated Support Workers to join our small, dedicated team in a Supported Independent Living (SIL) house. If you're passionate about person-centred care and making a positive difference in people’s lives, we’d love to hear from you

**About the Role**:
You’ll be working closely with a small team to support individuals with disability in their home, focusing on building independence, daily living skills, and community participation. This role includes sleepover shifts and regular weekend work.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Providing person-centred support with daily living (e.g., cooking, cleaning, personal care)
- Supporting participants to achieve their goals and engage in their community
- Following individual support plans and behaviour support strategies
- Keeping accurate documentation and reporting
- Working collaboratively with other team members and families

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Previous experience in disability support (SIL or similar)
- A positive, caring attitude with strong communication skills
- Willingness to work sleepovers and weekends as part of a rotating roster
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- NDIS Orientation Module (or willingness to complete)
- Driver’s licence
