Disability Support Worker

In home supports - Assistance with Daily Living - Community Access Supports - Personal Care - Cleaning - Cooking

Looking for experienced Support Workers to work across two Supported living homes in Drouin and Warragul. Support workers are required to work in a team environment, have strong communication skills, follow Policies and Procedures and be adaptable to change, be able to problem solve and and think outside the box and have a person centred approach to supporting people with disabilities. Punctuation and time management and concise and objective documentation are also essential.

Shifts can vary with inactive sleepovers, in home, activities of daily living and community access supports.

Must have Current first Aide, NDIS Worker Screening, Police Check, NDIS Orientation and Induction, relevant qualifications.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $35.00 - $44.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 30 per week
