Responsibilities of the role include:
Responsible for overseeing delivery, comprehensive service management, risk assessment, and financial aspects within the Appian village.
-Developing village competency and identify/resolve capability gaps within the village by working with the Technology Head of, Agile Coach and Chapter Lead
-Accountable for service/product decisions in the fast-paced environment.
- Work closely with the business project teams, CTO and solution provier teams.

To be successful in this position you will have experience with/in:

- Three years plus with Appian
- API experience
- People Leadership
- Leading system Integration design, engineering
- Enterprise Applications and integrations, 10+ years.
- Extensive skills in people leadership, strategic planning, and stakeholder management.
- Background in working for financial institutions and an understanding of regulations.
