Our
**Sydney Based Building Services team** is a robust, skilled team of Engineers & Designers who take pride in developing high performance and efficient building design for our clients. Our team of professionals is dedicated to developing innovative and sustainable design solutions as well as pursuing the optimal outcome in Building Information Modelling and gaining advantages and efficiencies from the software available.

We are currently seeking an experienced
**BIM technician** with an
**Electrical focus** who will join our team and help us deliver exciting and challenging projects.

**Responsibilities**:
If you are an experienced Revit operator with an electrical focus with a desire to work with a vibrant and highly skilled team and a company focus on mentoring, training, flexible work options and a variety of project work provided we would like to hear from you.

**The key responsibilities of the role include**:

- Electrical services documentation management and delivery
- Local BIM resource allocation and planning
- Implementation of intelligence modelling - and seeking improvements in project delivery
- Reviewing BIM standards and working with our national and international BIM teams to harmonise documentation and modelling
- Working with a collaborative team on a range of projects including Healthcare buildings, Universities, Public buildings, Sports facilities and Commercial buildings.
- Documentation delivery - output, transmittals
- Clash detection and resolution - Navisworks, Revisto etc.

Qualifications:
**Skills and Experience**
- 4+ years’ experience
- Revit knowledge
- Understanding of electrical systems and associated modelling and documentation requirements
- Ability to work collaboratively, while taking on individual deliverables
- Ability to work with others including remote teams to seamlessly delivery project work
- Knowledge of the role of an Engineering Consultant, ability to work in collaboration of multiple stakeholders
