Engineering Recruitment Consultant | Rarekind | Unearthing Engineering Talent | Electrical & Construction Specialist

Invent. Build. Power up Australia. Join a tier one team transforming infrastructure

About The Opportunity

You'll find yourself at the center of some of Australia's most high-profile projects, responsible for making sure LOD500 as-built models are accurate, coordinated, and ready for delivery. You'll be reviewing and validating work from BIM Technicians, tracking hours, and ensuring everything runs efficiently, spotting potential issues before they become problems. You'll apply your technical skills across Revit, Navisworks, ACC, Revizto, Aconex, ProjectWise, and Microsoft tools, while learning smarter ways to deliver and coordinate models. Structured mentoring and clear growth pathways come with a backing of a tier one team that has powered Australia for over 100 years.

That's just how things are done here. Your chance to lead, coordinate, and leave a lasting mark on projects that truly matter.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

You'll oversee BIM workflows, review and validate work from BIM Technicians, ensure models are coordinated, accurate, and delivery-ready. Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate models and track progress to meet required standards and LOD500 as-built outcomes.
  • Review and validate BIM Technician work and raise potential variations or conflicts early to keep projects on track.
  • Collaborate with design teams, project managers, and site teams to ensure accurate, coordinated, and efficient delivery.
  • Apply technical skills across Revit, Navisworks, ACC, Revizto, Aconex, ProjectWise, and Microsoft tools.

There is real oversight, responsibility, and impact on every project, with opportunities to apply and expand your BIM expertise in critical infrastructure projects.

About You

You're organized, proactive, and ready to take full ownership of BIM processes on complex, high-profile projects. You should be able to:

  • Coordinate models, track progress, and ensure standards are met, including LOD500 as-built outcomes.
  • Review and validate BIM Technician work and raise potential variations or conflicts early.
  • Work closely with design teams, project managers, and site teams to ensure accurate, coordinated, and efficient delivery.
  • Improve workflows, reduce rework, and apply your technical skills to impact critical infrastructure.
  • Bring solid skills in Revit, Navisworks, ACC, Revizto, Aconex, ProjectWise, and Microsoft tools. Advanced Dynamo scripting, ISO19650 accreditation, or experience with electrical or communications services modelling is a bonus.
About The Business

This isn't your typical electrical company; it's a driving force in critical infrastructure. For over 100 years, this tier one has shaped the future of electrical solutions and wired up the country's most critical infrastructure, including hospitals, data centers, stadiums, airports, and defence facilities.

Industry mentors and a culture of growth are standard, with a team that powers Australia's infrastructure landscape.
