Our studio is light-filled, located in the heart of Sydney CBD, with views of the Harbour Bridge, close to trains, buses, and ferries. You will love our studio, with collaborative and focused spaces, sit-to-stand desks, large sunny-filled windows, and large beautiful common areas for connecting, especially over lunch each day we are in. We continue to offer hybrid working, with up to 2 days a week WFH for a balance of in-person connection and collaboration, and focus time.

**About the Role**:
This is the perfect role for someone looking to be part of a forward focused technologically savvy team, continuously looking to improve and stay at the forefront of how we use Technology Systems to delivery great outcomes for our clients and team.

As many of our clients are some of the biggest future focused technology companies in the world, our approach to technology is leading. We have well established BIM systems and working in highly technical areas with large international firms we have to have first class BIM practices in place too.

**Beyond BIM**

This role will touch all digital aspects including; all design technology, licences, training, troubleshooting, QA and lead the IT side of things too working with the support of our fantastic IT provider.

This is the perfect opportunity for someone looking for a role a role beyond BIM. You can use your great BIM knowledge but also be able to extend your interest and knowledge in the greater technology space.

You will look after both hardware and software and work hand in hand with our IT providers to ensure that our technology systems operate smoothly and support the design technology that we use. You will also manage all licencing and licencing budgets. You will also work hand in hand with a BIM and Quality Coordinator (who now works remotely overseas) and they will work with you to fix families, model audit and checks, trouble school, setup models and coordinates etc, assist with training and FAQ’s etc.

**Continuous Development and Training**

Team engagement is important to us so we have a Future Focused group made up for team member interest in technologies and looking at emerging technologies. You will lead and work with this group to look at advancing technologies, plugins, AI etc, assist in putting together businesses cases, and implementing them.

Your role will also involve providing ongoing fortnightly training and putting together training models around Revit and other technology.

**About you**:
You will be someone who is up to date with the latest BIM and digital thinking and processes. You will come from a technical background either as an Architect, Technician or Technical Interior Designer, have working in a BIM related role, either become the specialist in your current practice or be in a BIM coordinator or leader position already. Whilst you are technical, you are also a people person, someone who enjoy helping people and training people. We have a lovely team culture and this role one of the most central roles in the businesses as you will be working with everyone, so fit and the right attitude is key.

You enjoy the technical side, but love the technology and are interesting in keeping on top of what is out there, what companies need, how to integrate the best solutions.
