We are searching for Early Childhood Educators (Diploma and Cert III qualified) to work full-time at our well-regarded early childhood learning service in Doncaster East.

This role is with the 3-5 year old age group that forms part of an early years service that caters to 70 children at full occupancy. We value an inclusive environment, and natural play spaces, and recognise the need for sustainable practices to help children develop an awareness of community responsibility. We strive to connect children and families with each other and the local community.

You will possess the following:

- A sense of fun and passion for early childhood education
- At least one year of experience in a similar setting
- Demonstrate an understanding of VEYLDF outcomes, principles & practices
- To support and work together to implement play-based learning programs
- Take a collaborative and reflective approach to best practice
- Take pride in your environment
- Diploma qualification or Certificate III in ECEC (not working towards)
- First Aid & CPR qualification
- WWCC
- Child Protection certificate

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
