**Position**: Support Worker

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide cleaning services, including regular sweeping, mopping, dusting, and washing dishes.
- Assist with daily living tasks to promote independence and well-being.
- Support community participation and social engagement.
- Ensure a safe and supportive environment for clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other support team members.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in a support worker role, particularly in cleaning and household tasks.
- Strong understanding of the NDIS framework.
- Compassionate, reliable, and dedicated to providing excellent care.
- Valid worker screening check and relevant certifications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Morning shifts on Wednesday only.
- Female workers only (Client preference).
- Working towards a Healthcare Qualification and/or Certificate III in Individual Support or higher.
- CPR/First Aid certification.
- Police Check.
- Driver's Licence and Car Insurance.
