**The Role**

Executive level 2 Directors operate under broad direction and provide leadership in identifying priorities, analysing complex problems, sharing knowledge and delivering outcomes that benefit the department and the community more broadly. Executive level 2 Directors will have the capacity to lead multiple teams and play an instrumental part in delivering the Government’s reform agenda in a fast-paced environment is essential for these roles.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Perform program and project delivery using a mix of agile and traditional approaches,
- Provide leadership of multi-disciplinary ICT teams and the ability to create a compelling vision for a team that is aligned to broader organisational strategies,
- Set or deliver strategic ICT change that leverages modern and innovative ICT technology and delivery approaches,
- Build productive working relationships with all stakeholders that is supported by business acumen and client focus,
- Possess strong communication and influencing skills and the ability to create clear written and oral communication that is appropriate for the audience.

**Qualifications and Education**
- Experience in stakeholder engagement, IT/Digital platforms, project management and program implementation will be highly regarded, as well as skills and tertiary qualifications relevant to the roles.
