Marketing Coordinator

**Responsibilities of the Marketing Coordinator consist of**:

- Marketing and Event responsibilities. This includes, but is not limited to;
- Coordination of client events - sourcing equipment, organising branded collateral, managing customer queries, communication with venues etc.
- Management of branded assets in an asset register, ensuring we always have sufficient supply of required merchandise, apparel, brochures, signage etc.
- Assist our internal team with PR and sponsorship opportunities
- Assist the Marketing team with creating and sending EDMS for boat listings to our database
- Develop and manage marketing campaigns for brand awareness and lead generation
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to refine targeting strategies
- Plan and execute advertising strategies across digital and traditional channels
- Work with designers and media partners to create engaging marketing material
- Track and analyse marketing KPIs to optimize campaigns and improve conversion
- Coordinate with Marketing team and photographers for shoots
- Assist the Sales and Brokerage teams with listings on our platforms, collating boat information, updating boat listing tracker, manage the Short Marine sales Instagram page
- Planning and coordinating team experiences and functions
- Management of day-to-day administrative tasks for the Marketing team

**Skills and experience**:

- Marketing Degree, or similar
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role or small business
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft suite, Google suite and ability to quickly learn new software
- Experience in a dynamic environment
- Excellent communicator and analytical thinker, with an ability to think outside the box
- High level of flexibility and a positive approach to the challenging demands of a high-growth start-up
- Works methodically and demonstrates respect for process adherence, whilst continuously seeking opportunities to improve processes and procedures
- Works to a high level of attention to detail and demonstrates a passion for excellence

In addition to this, you have extensive experience in:

- Working well as part of a team
- Desire to ‘roll up your sleeves’ when required
- Time management
- Demonstrating a positive attitude

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
