**About the department**:
The Food Services Department is an in-house service, which provides patient meals for all campuses of Austin Health, as well as providing a patient meals service to Royal Women’s Hospital

**About the role**:
The Food Safety Supervisor is required to oversee the production, plating and delivering of nutritious high-quality meals in line with our Food Safety Program.

**To be successful in this role you must**:
Have prior experience as either a Senior Food Service Assistant, Production Team Leader or other relevant Hospital Food Service experience.

The role is responsible in ensuring that patient meal service is delivered within budgetary constraints in regards to food and labour costs, compliant to the Department’s food safety plan and meeting patient satisfaction in regards to the patient meal experience.
