Due to an increase in workflow, our client is seeking an exceptional and talented Environment and Planning Lawyer to join their growing team. This firm is growing strength to strength and are already extremely reputable and well-known in the industry.

Ideally you will be passionate about this area of law and be someone who enjoys working autonomously and within a small team. **The Role**:
You will principally be working for development proponents. The role involves a healthy mix of advice and litigation work Excellent career progression offered
- Duties Include:_
- Conducting litigation in the Planning and Environment Court
- Drafting infrastructure agreements and statutory instruments such as local laws or planning schemes
- Providing advice in relation to all aspects of law relating to planning and environment and local government
- Advising proponents on the delivery of major projects

**About You**:

- Approximately 5+ years PQE with demonstrated experience in planning and environment
- Have a good understanding of the relevant legislation
- Have strong attention to detail
- Good project management skills and the ability to manage competing deadlines and deliver work on time
- Able to supervise and develop junior lawyers
