**Key Responsibilities**:
As an Independent Management Consultant, we want to establish an ongoing partnership with you to lead, manage and support engagements with our clients.

Responsibilities include:

- Deliver across a combination of strategy development, governance, growth, operational improvement, or investor readiness projects.
- Help scope and set up projects for success.
- Engage and manage stakeholder expectations and manage projects effectively.
- Ability to collaborate with colleagues and clients alike and have a willingness to share knowledge and experience.
- Ability to identify ongoing consulting opportunities.

**What we are looking for**:
We are looking for independent management consultants who are already embracing, or looking to transition, to independent consulting and enjoy a flexible working environment to support your other interests. Active Directions aims to contribute to you achieving your professional and personal goals.

To be successful you will have experience within an in-house role or a consulting firm with a combination of specialist skill sets:

- Project Management
- Change Management
- HR Management
- Strategy development and facilitation, supported by proven and repeatable approaches.
- Financial and business data analysis.
- Market opportunity analysis.
- Target operating model design across people, process and technology.
- Merger, acquisition, exit and investment analysis and decision support.
- Strategic business case development.
- Transformation planning.
- Knowledge or experience in project deliver methodologies (Prince2, Agile etc).
- High quality communications and writing skills combined with PowerPoint and Word skills.
- Experience working across a breadth of industries and privately owned organisations will be highly regarded.
