**About the role...**

An incredible new opportunity has opened at Royal Agricultural Society of NSW (RAS) for a **Marketing Activations Manager**. This is a key position within the RAS Marketing Team and is primarily responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns & activations across, and in conjunction with, all RAS business units to successfully deliver RAS business unit and media partnership success.

**Your key focus areas will be**:

- Integrated marketing campaigns that optimise media partnerships and RAS competitions, activations and events.
- Market research and support for reporting on RAS marketing campaigns and activations to the Sponsorship Team for partnership post campaign reporting.
- Identifying and developing new and existing growth opportunities and promotions

**You will have**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related discipline
- 6 years’ proven experience in a marketing, campaign management or account management role
- Proven experience in market research projects
- Strong project management and people management
- Strong leadership and influencing skills
- Strong analytical thinking & creativity
- Strong communicator & negotiator

We manage the Sydney Royal Easter Show, Sydney Royal competitions, the RAS Foundation, Australasian Animal Registry, and the Sydney Showground. The RAS has a team of over 130 full-time staff and an indispensable pool of casual staff who work on the Easter Show, and other Sydney Showground events.
