**About our role**:
We have an exciting opportunity for an agile sales professional to join our Foodservice sales team in New South Wales.

This role will concentrate on Foodservice sales for both our end user and distributor customers. The role will be responsible for managing planned sustainable growth across the territory which encompasses Newcastle/Central Coast with a Regional Territory North to Coffs Harbour.

Reporting to the State Distributer Manager, you will manage Simplot’s product range, including the implementation of new products to build awareness, manage product trial and engage adoption within budget requirements. The Territory Manager is also responsible for developing and growing the overall catering business across their customer portfolio.

**What you will do**:

- Achieve state sales and contribution results
- Identify and capitalise on core & potential ranging opportunities to support ongoing sales growth
- Ensure each geographical area, end user customer, key account and distributor have a detailed Quarterly Account Plan which builds to an annual State Business Plan
- Achieve Customer Alignment by developing and growing business opportunities
- Strengthen first class customer relationships to deliver business financial targets and deliver new product innovation into the market
- Ensure the integrity of data provided is accurate and up to date; and
- Share information regarding performance and market intelligence at every opportunity

**About you**:
You hold a solid sales background ideally within the Food, FMCG or Foodservice industry. You will have experience managing a portfolio of products and demonstrate excellent communication skills with a high level of attention to detail.

Most importantly, you have a strong commercial acumen and be an energetic, enthusiastic and proactive team player.
