I am on the hunt for a Digital Content writer, who will support, lead & execute product content to create an optimised digital customer experience.

You will work with the other content Writers and alongside Digital Producers on content that needs to be simplified, condensed, and made user-friendly. Assisting the Content Manager, you will be working to consolidate, harmonise and improve the vast and disparate digital eco-system, as part of a major digital transformation project.

**Day to day this role will include**:

- Review all content for accuracy, relevance, quality and freshness
- Leverage content across faculty sites to improve user experience and reduce maintenance overhead.
- Implement SEO optimisation strategy guided by the Content Designers
- Help shape internal search by assisting the wider team in daily activities linked to user behaviours and other insights

- Whatever you love - design or technology you’re active in the community that sits around it
- Ideally, you will also have 2-4 years of previous content writing experience, with examples of your work to share
- Some exposure in Content Management Systems (CMS) to update website content will be advantageous alongside your strong excel skills and written and oral skills
