Allie Mackay Psychology comprises a group of psychologists offering excellence in evidence based therapies for people in southern Sydney. We see clients across the lifespan, including children, adolescents and older adults.
Compliance with our governing bodies is a vital part of our practice. We are accountable to AHPRA, Medicare, NDIS, WorkCover and other funding bodies. We seek excellence in our organisation all the way through governance, compliance and structure of our business.

**You are HIGHLY ORGANISED and GREAT at time management.**
The role is available for immediate start of 20 hours per week, permanent part time, and commencing with 25 hours/week ideally 5 hours/day, 5 days per week. There is a lot of flexibility including less days and including the possibility of working from home as needed or for additional support hours.

We are looking for a STAND OUT applicant.
Assist our Director across every aspect of the clinical governance and administration of practice related matters.
Assist and manage our front desk team as they greet patients and make them feel comfortable in the waiting room and change appointments on the phone.
Assist and manage our clinical team and relay information to our Director.
- speak appropriately to patients in distress;
- have a fast accurate typing speed and be willing to be public facing as well as internally managing the small team;
- assist the Director in collaborating with other professionals;
- support, organise and liaise with clinical staff at every level, with document support, compliance with governing bodies, and relay confidential information to referring bodies.
- understand and be willing to read up on the specific legal requirements that psychologists adhere to regarding confidentiality, rights to privacy, and and the high level of trust that this role requires from patients and clinicians.

Technical requirements:
- comfortable with appropriate use of social media and digital marketing tools,
- experienced in document management across a range of platforms including Google docs, excel and powerpoint;
This role requires verbal diplomacy, written accuracy and inclusive resolution skills. You are able to work independantly and you are a great listener;
You are confident to demonstrate high standards of attention to detail and logical problem solving.
You can reflect on your performance honestly because you care to improve your performance.
